Budweiser Cup 2010 is a 6v6 International Soccer Tournament played in 16 countries across the world. In the United States, the tournament will be played in the State of California. The overall winner in California will represent the U.S. in South Africa on the finals of the Budweiser Cup 2010.

There are a few requirements to compete in this Budweiser Cup 2010:

- Have a team of at least 6 members, maximum 8 team members.

You need to pay in advanced and you can pay via:
- Major Credit Cards

- Cash (only available in Los Angeles Tournament office)
- How much does it cost to play in the Budweiser Cup 2010?

Cost per team: $200dlls.
- What will qualify for acceptable “proof of age”?

Any ID with the player’s picture that indicates the player’s age; player card, passport, driver’s license or birth certificate with photo ID.
- lWhat is the refund policy?

If a tournament begins but cannot be completed due to inclement weather or other dangerous conditions, full refunds will be offered if a team has not completed all of their round robin matches prior to the suspension of the tournament. There will be no refund if a team has completed all of their round robin matches. The tournament director has 30 days to refund the registration fee if applicable.

In the case of consistent inclement weather, we will make our best efforts to post an update on www.mlssoccer.com by 12:00pm the day before the event day. If an event is canceled due to inclement weather, we will explore rescheduling options and notify all registered teams. Games will be played as long as the field remains playable as determined by the tournament director. If the event is cancelled and is not rescheduled, all teams will receive a full refund within 30 days of the cancellation.

No, participants are only allowed to play for one team per event.

Yes, you can.
- What are the prizes for the winning teams of the Budweiser Cup 2010?

Local Prizes:
- $1,000dlls for 1st Place and $500dlls for 2nd Place
- Medals for finalist (1st and 2nd place teams)
- Trophy for winning team
- Two finalists advance to finals at the Home Depot Center in Carson, CA.
Home Depot Center:
- Overall Winner gets the opportunity to go to South Africa Tournament.
- How many people can I register?

You can register a minimum of 6 people, with a maximum 8 people per team. One of the players must be a goalie.
- What is the duration of the tournament?

There are 16 tournaments in California, 1 tournament per city. Tournaments will take place from April 17th to May 9th, 2010.
- What equipment (clothing) does the team need?
-
Each registered player will receive a complimentary event Jersey. In addition, teams must be prepared to provide matching light & dark colored shirts and matching colored shorts for each game. Each player MUST wear shin guards.
- How many teams I will be playing against during the tournament?

There is a limit of 64 total teams per tournament/city.
